Nice place to live - The woodcreek manor is a nice quite place to live, if you don't like getting things fixed in a timely manner or if your very patient this is the right apartments for you. Decent Living Friendly, helpful staff. Colorful neighbors. Lots of second-hand smoke in our apartment. Cul-de-sac that runs next to apartment building houses very loud tenants...lots of "Cops" style domestic dispuites. Small apartments, but low energy costs. Great water pressure.

LOOK AT THE PATTERN THE REVIEW FROM 2004 WAS FAVORABLE. SINCE THEN THE COMPLEX HAS REALLY DECLINED. MY WIFE AND I HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT THE SECURITY DOOR IN OUR BUILDING BEING IN DISREPAIR TO THE POINT THAT IT MIGHT AS WELL NOT BE THERE. IT REMAINS BROKEN. OUR RENT IS NOW $495.00 A MONTH -

dont move here i have been here for 1 year and i still have not got new carpet. my cold water comes out hot. they did not paint all of my apt.they patched a hole and still did not come back to sand and paint that was back 11-06. 1 of the new mangers is lazy i called him to tell him about my sink
