Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
My father died in Nov of 2003, while he was still under lease at this crappy complex. I had to come back and get his things together, move and pack, etc....
the management kept bugging me about the rent, was not even in the least compassionate about the situation, but they would get their money from probate... So then they sent a bill of erroneous charges after we moved out. I cleaned that apartment myself!, scrubbed the carpet and bathroom down, only minor charges, touchups and repairs were needed. But they decided to take advantage of my dead father?s estate and claimed that had to replace a perfectly fine carpet, and the refrigerator, which was already 10 years old, but worked fine....I WILL BE FIGHTING THEM ON THIS! They didn't figure that I took pictures of the apartment, the day we moved out. I always do, because they love to take advantage.
Basically the management is a bunch of --------. maybe if they were even halfway nice then one could put up with the type of apartment you get for the high amount of money you end up paying!
