Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I have complained to them many times this winter about snow and ice left on the sidewalk, and them not salting.
They have never done anything about it.
In fact, they referred me to the lease, which says that THEY PROVIDE THE PARKING LOT AS A CONVENIENCE, and that they will not maintain it.
Last week, my daughter slipped on the ice on her way to the school bus, and she had to have stitches and a tooth repaired.
