Can't believed I actually trusted the sales pitch to move here. The place is bare bones and that's all one is paying for - service does not exist. In addition, most people in the complex tell me that it's highly unlikely that one gets their deposit back. I've got an old frige and stove and I'll probably have give up my deposit. The appliances probably have been paid for several times. As soon as my lease is up I'm getting out of here.

During winter the parking lot is mostly covered with ice. Most people don't pay for parking in the car port since it's to dangerous to walk there. Better to park uncovered by the building with the chance of getting hurt is less - but still exist.

Almost forgot, the staff enters without premission. I had to put all my valuable at a relative's place. The neighbors know that if it looks like someone entered the apartment to call the rental office to check. If anything is ever stolen I'm telling the police to look at the management company first. The usual tip off someone's been in the apartment is that the deadbolt is unlocked.

My advise is to look elsewhere -anywhere else. Spend a little more (probably the monthly rate of the deposit lost) and you'll be much much happier. I have to pay to move and will probably loose my deposit but it's worth it to get out of here.
