After reading these reviews I see that moving out is best. Also, I agree that the postive comments come from the management. Multiple positive postings during the same day or within one day apart. This mangement is bad but I didn't realize how bad until I read these posting and spoke to other neighbors. However, years of negative replys really tells how bad this place really is. My advice is to don't don't even consider the place. There's no service. Had to force mangement to fix things by threating to move out. BTW, lights outside Since owner pays for water, neighbors leave their water on for weeks in retaliation. One person leaves his water on all day for years. He figures the place is only worth half what's charged and takes the other half in water.
