I thought the management at Apple Ridge was very nice, they let me choose what exact apartment I wanted and got me all new appliances. I would reccommend this apartment complex to anyone, its very beautiful.

The reason they let you choose your exact apartment is becuase there are so many available...ever think of that? It is not because they are nice, it is because they are desperate. Good luck though.

Yeah you will get new appliances and so will the person that moves in after you since the owner will keep your whole deposit, JUST WAIT
