I have lived here for only 3 months and it has been such a pleasure. I have all new appliances and they pay HEAT! The office staff is very nice and has done anything to make sure i was happy. Most of the people who live in my building love the new office management. So I dont know why others are writing bad reviews I would recommend this place to anyone. No place in Livonia pays for your heat! I did alot of research before I had moved here and this was the best price for my money. So thank you apple ridge apts. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

The office staff and the ONE maintenance guy (there should be at least one more) are the best things in the place. They do the best they can with what they have to work with, which is the ''2 gimme your money'' brothers. Heat ... oh yeah, be sure to bring you own source of heat! The place is quite expensive for what you're NOT getting.
