This place APPEARS to be OK until you sign a lease, you will NEVER see your deposit returned no matter the condition of your apartment when you leave. More than likely you will be charged for cleaning the carpet and assorted repairs, this is how this place keeps going!! There will be charges you could never dream of, and if you contest them you will land in court, where the manager will lie and show pictures of an apartment that is not even yours. You can't win!!! Stay away from here!!!!
