this place is a scam! there is even people here from time to time picketing because the two old managers are racest and they never pay people there $500 deposit after moving out, they even tried to tell me that buying a house at this time in michigan is a bad thing to do and renting is way better, ohh the parking lots are always ice rinks in the winter and in the summer the trees are always falling all over the plase. over all there are way better places to live for the same price only a few miles away

100 % agree. How these "owners" aren't out of business is beyond me. They are both crazy old men who are professional scam artists.

I agree.
They refused my father's security deposit too. The whole situation was upsetting.
This was 5 years ago, I can't believe those guys are still allowed to be in business.

I cant believe someone hasnt called the local news about this organization. Everyone I have talked to who lives here says the exact same things about these owners. Crooks!
