The floorplans in the one bedroom are like I have never seen before. They are huge. Someone could live in the bedroom closet its so big. Nice grounds, nice indoor and outdoor layout. Maintenance is quick, even with a minor problem...Overall I am impressed.

Maintenance is quick? you must work for the apartment complex. Took 19 months and me threatening to not pay rent before they would replace one of the 2 broken air conditioners in my apartment. Apartment above mine leaked water in my bathrrom, took about the same amount of time for them to repair the roof falling down.. They never did finish painting it, I guess they were planning on doing when I move out.

Wait till winter when they don't shovel the courtyard, salt the ice, freeze your butt off because the cheap grench won't give you heat. You call him up and complain, someone comes and turns it up a bit then when you're not looking he(the soul-less owner) turns it back down. You freeze!!!!!! And then they tell you that it's because of the cost of heating. But they said that even before the cost of energy went up. He/they just want to make more millions but instead they should be carried off to jail, being the slumlords that they are. The laws aren't tough enough for them, they just pay their fines and laugh in the face of authorities.
