The heating is an old boiler and you really can't control it in your apartment so the winters are freezing. The wall unit air conditioner in not adequate for the hot summers. The kitchen is so small that you really can't do much cooking in there (and there's no room or storage). It's even hard to turn around in there!!! The pathetic old codger owners are the most money hungry people I've ever seen in my life. They are mean, promise everything, deliver on nothing. The place has been allowed to run down for many, many years. I bet some things are not up to code. People's cars and wheels from their cars are stolen all the time. The parking lot lighting is awful!!!! I don't think it's a safe place to live. The walkways are all buckled, the snow was not cleared in the courtyards and it snowed many days. There is one washer/dryer for eight residents. The top floor balconies don't look very safe to step onto. The grounds are not kept up at all. The carports are filthy. It looks like they haven't cleaned them in years! Old dried out trees are falling over and it's a wonder people aren't hurt by them. It seems like there no laws that apply to the owners of this place. They just run the place the way they want to. These owners are just running it into the ground making hardly any improvements and if they do it's the cheapest way possible. believe me you will NOT be happy is you move in!!! Keep looking for another place. Under a highway would be a better place to live then this place. These two curmudgeons that own this place should just sell it and leave. Maybe the new owners can bring it back to the standard that it should be. You're lucky if you get to talk to a real person in that office other than the two goofy owners ... don't even bother with them.
