What a HORRIBLE place! They make it look nice on the outside, and in the winter, you can be sure that the sidewalks and parking lot around the office are cleaned and salted -- BUT IF YOU ARE A TENANT -- FORGET IT! I have never seen such a bunch of scammers in my life! Luxury apartments!''!! What a joke! The only ones enjoying luxury are the constant march of bugs through these buildings that come out of the walls. And the owners and leasing agent fix nothing that matters! If it's "too expensive," like fixing a leak in your wall, they won't do it. Oh, they make you a million promises, but they are all false. No central air, no available washing machines, no shoveling or salting of snow/ice in the winter, no spraying for bugs, and a patio that submerges under water every time it rains. And, no, the apartments are NOT soundproof like they advertise. Plus, people's wheels and hubcaps keep being stolen. This place is a JOKE. I am so out of here. A bunch of nuts run this place and I can guarantee you that the only good reviews are written by them to keep the rating from going too low!!! They've got a bunch of lawsuits against them in the local court. None of the residents I've spoken to plan on staying here - they cannot believe how they were scammed. Half the apartments are empty, and now I know why!! Run, don't walk, from this place.
