Irrespective of the bad reviews given in this website, the apartments are wonderful place to live. The management is very prompt in taking care of the repairs promptly. I would recommend this place to anyone... If you are wondering if I am working in Apple ridge myself or if someone paid me to write good review, well, you are mistaken.. This is my opinion from my own experience..
The apartment has been recently renovated and has new appliances in the kitchen.. A clean,soundproof place with lots of light and mirrors...

Hi 08truthteller, I live in Apple ridge right now..So I am not kidding and watever I felt is what I wrote.. so I dont care if u don't believe me.. it just doesnt change my opinion..

Well, hapr1, I guess since you work for management (which I notice you did not deny), you would write a "glowing" opinion of this dump. Like I said, all any prospective tenant has to do is check with the Livonia Police Department to see how many thefts and acts of vandalism have occurred here, and check with the local District Court to see how many tenant lawsuits there have been, and check with the U.S. Dept of Justice since they also won the largest settlement on record against this complex for the way they scam tenants and prospective tenants. Like I said, nice try, but lying is never backed up by facts. Shame on you for trying to trick people!

Apple Ridge apartment must be in the top 5 of worse apartment management and place of living in the state of Michigan. The management tells lies about the apartment and the apartment itself hides a lot of dirty and despicable facts. If you are currently staying there and happy, you must be lying or crazy.

The owners are the cheapest, most dihonset people on the planet. The majority on the things that get, if they get done, is the ones that cost very little. The inspectors, the law, etc. have been after the two brothers for violations and they just ignore them and just pay the fines instead! Even the law can't put them out of business. And BTW, don't even think you're going to get your deposit back. LOL!!! They will find everything wrong with the pleace in order for them not to give it back to you. If anyone is thinking of moving in there, please take photos of the place with the owner's in the photo so they can't deny it later. I would then, when moving out, put everything back as you found it, call the owners there again and ask them to go over everything make sure they approve the appearance of the place and see if you get your deposit back. These people are like the horrid creatures from the ''other side''. They have no soul, no heart and they only love money. I swear one of them is a loony toon escapee! Rent there at your own risk.
