I lived in this complex for nine years and was basically happy, but I did have some issues with apt. manager. The management company was very responsive at the time (6 yrs. ago)because I had to go over the manager's head several times. I had five raccoons in my attic and the manager would not believe me or my female neighbor for months, until a male tenant complained. Also, had some bug issues where I was not believed, although they did finally send out an exterminator (which did not work). They are very well taken care of on the outside and the rent is very fair. Never raised more than $10 every lease. The manager also was a nice person and helpful on other occasions. The owner or management company was always responsive and helpful. The walls were not thin at all. The sound was excellent compared to other places I have lived. The cupboards and appliances were also very nice and newer. It was always very quiet there with mostly professional-type neighbors, but it was getting a little noisier when I left. The ONLY reason I left was because of the sudden bug problem (they were one of the roach family, but not the dirty ones that like food and filth.)I hope this is helpful. I have tried to be fair.
