My roommate and I moved into this apartment at the end of June. The building manager and her staff were very professional and took their time with us during the lease signing and walkthrough. The manager also noticed some of the problems that maintenance people did not fix after the last tenants moved out, she made the arrangements to get the problems fixed so they would be completed shortly after we moved in. At the start we did have a problem with our dryer, the staff was responsive and even though it took the handyman multiple attempts to fix the problem, the issue was resolved within a week.

In the previous review the writer complained that the pricing was different for each person, which is true. However they did not clarify and state that this community offers various upgrades, meaning you can choose to pay for an upgrade kitchen and other amenities, including covered parking. One of my best friends also lives in this community; she chose not to upgrade her Kitchen so her rent is less than mine, basically you get what you pay for.

Overall it is a nice place to live; employees remember the tenets on a first name basis and are also quick to respond to a problem, they also collect surveys from the tenants to ensure that everything remains running smoothly and to increase their efficiency.

Just remember this is a large community and you may need to wait your turn for assistance. To me that is completely understandable, all I request is that they keep me you updated on the status of the issue and respond promptly, which they do. It is a beautiful community and all major stores are within a 10-15 minute drive depending on which way you are heading. The apartment is all corporately management, so the management has to follow the company policy. The building community is quiet and the neighbors seem nice.
