I've lived here for a year now and I have no specific complaints.

The staff is always courteous, helpful, and full of information. When minor housing issues or repairs need to be addressed, management staff is prompt to report the issue to maintenance. The maintenance staff is always leave things as the found them, and is professional. I haven t needed many repairs since I moved in, which is great.

I love the quietness of the neighborhood. Most of my neighbors are friendly. The grounds are well maintained all year round. Although I haven t spent much time at the pool, it looks refreshing. I like having the sidewalk salted and the parking lot plowed before I leave for work in the winter. Trees surround the complex, which makes for a great scenery. It s moderately secluded, which adds to it s security and quiet nature.

The apartment itself has ample room in the 1-bedroom. It s more than big enough to fit a king-sized bed with plenty of extra space. Most other apartments I looked at could only accommodate a full or queen sized bed with the chest in the closet (which I didn t like). The living room and dining room are also adequately sized. I moved from a 3-bedroom condo, and had no problem fitting my furniture in the apartment.

I truly like the solid construction of the building. It s cement between the apartments so you don t hear your neighbor s conversations or movements. Having a washer/dryer in the unit definitely saves on laundry expenses, another nice feature they offer.

In addition to the above, regular activities are conducted, such as charity events, resident appreciation parties, and other events that get the residents involved in the community.

I ve lived in Village Green properties before and continue to receive great service. The standard they hold their properties to speaks to their commitment to excellence. Yearly surveys are conducted to ensure they are on track to that commitment.
