Very noisy neighbors.
Management does nothing.
Loud music and door slamming.
Nothing can be done about it... except to move out.
And we did.

i have to agree about the noisy part. my neighbor above me sounds like they are playing football ever day and into the night. and the constant door slamming. been a real nerve racker
