Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2006
Since Home Properties ("Home rip-offs" as I call them) bought this complex from Schostak, it has steadily gone DOWN! The management is next to none with frequent turnovers, the maintenance staff is bad and the only time anything gets done is when someone comes to do inspections. Recently a mortgage company came in to do inspections ( what do you think that means')
