I'VE LIVED AT FRANKLIN SQUARE APARTMENTS FOR THE PAST 7 1/2 YEARS. THE STAFF IS GREAT, THEY GET TO MY WORK ORDER(S) IN A TIMELY FASHION & IF I HAVE QUESTIONS THEY ANSWER THEM RIGHT AWAY, OR THEY FIND OUT FOR ME. THE GROUNDS ARE ALWAYS VERY WELL KEPT, PARKING LOTS ARE WELL LIT, I NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT COMING HOME IN THE DARK. I ENJOY THE SUMMERS HERE TOO, THE SWIMMING POOL IS ALWAYS CLEAR & KEPT UP. I'VE REFERRED SOME OF MY FAMILY & FRIENDS HERE. I LOVE THE RESIDENT REFFERAL PROGRAM THEY HAVE. I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT FRANKLIN SQUARE APARTMENTS AND THE STAFF.
