I lived at these apartments for a few years. They are not worth the amount that is charged for rent. The upkeep is bad, the small air conditioners do not help much in the summer, resulting in high electric bills.

Work orders were done in a timely fashion, however things that should have been repaired were just "patched" or temporarily "fixed" resulting is continuous problems.

Washer not repaired/replaced in a timely manner. Numerous issues with grounds that were not tended to as well.
