I lived at Franklin Square for a few years. It was ok at first until they stated tenats were going to pay for heat and water. (that was one of the reasons I moved there in the first place). When it got my first gas/water bill it was not bad.
Buth then it got to the point where the gas bill was almost half my rent.
I would not recommend anyone moving here unless you like to pay a lot for such a small place.
