Nice apartments, but management is horrible

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
My husband and I lived in these apartments for three years - from June of 2003 to June of 2006.
The apartments are nice, and relatively roomy. Each unit has their own washer and dryer, and their own private entrance. In addition, the apartments are close to I-96, which makes commuting to work hassle-free. All of those features sold us on the apartments.
However, I would not recommend living there, simply because management does not respond in a timely manner. Whenever there was a problem with anything in our unit, it tooks 2-3 calls to have anyone return a call. Also, it has been six weeks since we moved, and we still do not have our security deposit, despite repeated messages (all calls are placed during normal business hours).
Also, watch out! They will lure you in with a low rent payment (in our case $800/month), but then increase the payment without notice. We went from paying $800/month to $840 a month.
