Black Mold, Managers that won't call you back; 2 weeks for repairs; on top of laundry gettting stolen out of laundry rooms, idetity theft, you name it; woodridge will have it.....

I have to agree they don't repond in a timely mannor and rent contiues to go up but repairs do not get done. I am going to move soon as i can the only good thing is the pet requirements are loose so you can bring you dog if you have one. I am not sure about the black mold part but I would be intresting in know if that and the ident`theft was true. Also there are roumors of a peeping Tom.
