Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
I lived there for 3 years. They were the only apartments that would accept my pet -- that most apartment complexes won't accept due to the breed. I cooked on a broken stove for 3 years. When my fridge went out, they replaced it and the dishwasher. However, I fixed a lot of things myself. They fixed my master bedroom toilet 4 times, before they realized that it wasn't even fastened to the floor. They also had more lease managers/agents than I could count. The last one drove me nuts, until I finally decided to just move out (really before I wanted to). They were trying to be intimidating and condescending. The last year and a half was horrid. Now, they claim that I have damages that equal over $700 and took nearly my entire deposit. Items that were NOT new when I moved in. They just decided to replace them, when I moved and stuck me with the big bill!
DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU ARE HOMELESS!
