Dontfal in love with the outside view. They are horribale inside. Specially with mainatanance. On Winter they wiay:"Out maintance is very busy fixixn heater" and on Summer they will sya:"They are busy with fixing Air condidition". So your problem will be left out. and top of that , they will shut you off if you complain and push them to fix the gerbase disposal or clogged sink. The referral bonus is 500 but nobody will refer anyone to live like animal. Nobody cleans the hallway. Its being dusted and messy after they paint it.
Dont ever thinking about moving into thes mess unless you are lawyear. They will try to sue you for various reasons.

I absolutely agree! I live here and you can find better for the price. It is not worth the pain to live here. no one stays after the lease is up.
