It will take atleast 3 weeks for normal maintenance. Before renting, management said routine maintenance problem would be fixed by next business days. But, in winter they say the maintenance people are busy with emergence work like no heat in some appartments, in summer they say they are busy with no cooling at some home.

We also got the heater & thermostat problem in winter. Master bed room does not get enough heat in winter, though living room is superheated. In summer, the master bed get little cold air from airconditioning.
Management will always say they are sorry, but never mean it or correct their behavior.

They do not clean up the common area regularly.

Insects are always a big problem. It will take them about a month to put insecticide that does not work.

Electric lines are nightmare. It shut off line or sparks even if you use a table fan.

Its hard to open or close doors in summer.

Their always some leak problem with the plumbling system in bathroom.

Covered parking is quarter mile away.

They do not clean up snow from sidewalks and roads regularly in winter. Be careful to walk in winter.

Property manager hangs phone over you without listening to you.
