I lived here for 1 year and my first 2 months were decent. I filled out the forms they gave me for things that needed repair that first week you move in, and nothing was attended to. My closet door was off the hindges and my 2 year old sister almost got hit with it while visiting, we went all summer without A/C, not to mention the dead birds stuck inside the vent that you could see from the outside, the 2nd bathroom had mold growing under the sink from a leaky faucet, the carpet was a mess. We didn't even have a parking lot light untill 2 weeks before weleft. I am young woman, recently married to a minister. We faithfully serve God at our church so we are rarely home, so I tried not to make a big deal, I put in the request and let things be, well 6 months before my lease was up, the ceiling fan in the 2nd bathroom stopped working so I put in a request, the never attended to it, so a few months later I turned on the light which was connected and it caught fire. I was not compensated for damages and no-one came over right away. It took 3 weeks to get it fixed by which time my lease was up, and when I called them they were so nasty to me. Also, every time the maintenance guy came he'd always say I be right back and don't come. Then, he'd come when we weren't home and without permission, leaving a mess for me to clean up. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone, they are thoughtful to those they choose to be. I even sent a letter to them when I turned in my request no to renew. They then fixed everything, only for me to find out it was because they were having an inspection. I do not think people should be treated this unfair. I believe they treat people who don't yell and curse and are young like this. Even my neighbors thought they treated us unfairly. I talked to their corporate office and they instructed them to give us $300.00 off the last month's rent, but they just thought up other ways to get it back. But God has blessed with a 4 bedroom home on 6/Beech Daly not far from there the neighborhood of Livonia is Beautiful but not all people are fair. Make your decisions wisely. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
