I lived in Woodridge for almost a year. when I moved in it was great. My first apartment I was so excited. Then I noticed the aprtment was falling apart. All the doors in my apartment were lined up on the walls. we had bugs coming from under the new carpet, they did spary but the bugs were still coming. no screens on my living room window so i couldn't open my window without bugs coming in. I had rusty metal sticking out of my bathroom wall they never taken care of. I call the after hours hotline, because I had no heat they asked me that the tempature in my apartment was I told them 54 they said the tempature has to be under 50 for them to come out after hours for a no heat, Finally I had enough! I started working for a apartment community and learned the laws. Woodridge was sorry they moved me in I followed all the rules and complainted to higher management. They new they were wrong and let me out of my lease early. If you know apartment communities they never do that, they did they know why. I am for ever scared to rent after my stay at Woodridge.
