Nice Apartments, but not worth for short term lease....

I have been living here since 1 year. The apartments are OK. The parking lots are worst. My apartment is the first one in the community, and I can hear the traffic and when a big truck goes in 45 mph, the apartment slightly shakes. The rent was OK for the first 6 months but after that it was sky high and the hallways always smelled.
The maintenance is good, the staff is good (Cary)
