Horrible place to live They won't let you see the lease and charge you an application fee and paperwork fee. (against the law).
They charge high fees. Everyone pay different rent even though on line they have adds that their rent is cheaper.
The maintence personnel are slow and don't know

Nice Apartments, but not worth for short term lease.... I have been living here since 1 year. The apartments are OK. The parking lots are worst. My apartment is the first one in the community, and I can hear the traffic and when a big truck goes in 45 mph, the apartment slightly shakes.

Snow Removal I understand if this is a one man Maintenace Property....But call in a few Contractors for Snow Removal....Ive live in a few Village Green Propertys over the years...and this is the Worst as far as snow removal...and salting the Sidewalks and Parking areas.....Someone can get hurt....
