These apartments look so nice on the outside, but the inside is NOT well maintained. We had to move into a apartment they rented us that was never painted or cleaned after the last tenents. They promised us when we signed a new 1 lease that they would paint and replace the carpeting, this never happened. Now they are charging everyone for water. The only item they include in the rent is trash pickup. All tenents are required to have parking stickers. The bathrooms are terrible!. You have to close the bathroom doors to be able to open drawers. Alot of cold air comes in from the windows and sliders. They do not plow very good in the winter. You have to shovel the steps and entryway yourself if you want a clean path. Not much cupboard space in the kitchen or countertop space. Paint on the decks are peeling and they promised to fix this problem. As of yet nothing has been done. I could go on with how bad this place is, but there are to many things to list. It once was a nice place to live, but not any more. It has become very run down on the insides. Each year they raise your rent higher, but no better place to live.
