I have lived in Northport for over 4 years now. I have had 2 issues which required maintenance. I needed the my air cond. fixed and six weeks later and 5 visits they finally resolved it. Now my satellite tv is broke. I do not receive reception on half the channels and it is a problem that has been occuring over the past 8 MONTHS. They have made 12 visits to my apartment and the lastest response I have received from the arrogant management staff is "I dont know what to tell you". "You are out of luck." So I have been paying for $50 for satellite that I havent been able to use. Wait til they get my bill. Noise levels are out of control also. I have complained to the management staff and they said they cannot do anything about it. They told me to call the police because "there is nothing we can do". My lease is up in 2 months. I am out of there. As FAST AS POSSIBLE. Do not move here if you expect any kind of help from the management staff. Also, expect to have new neighbors every month it seems like. People figure this place out and run for the hills... just like me.
