I've been a resident for almost two years. The office is always courteous and maintenance is usally timely. I waited a over a week however to have my washer fixed. Other than that it's been quick.
I live in a second floor apartment and always hear the people above me walking and it shakes my apartment. Sometimes it feels like they're actually in my apartment!
Too many times, especially on Friday or Saturday nights there are loud, rude people in the parking lot.
Given all that, it's okay. The price is right, having a washer and dryer in the apartment is very convenient. Parking is adequate unless you arrive home after 10pm, then you may have to park a few buildings away. Wish there were at least some car ports and security upon entering the complex.
