Let me begin by saying the first two years here were fine. Since early last year this place has been a nightmare. If your neighbors smoke you do to because it comes through the vents. During the winter you can feel air coming in through your sockets, every time your neighbors have sex your included whether you like it or not. The noise volume is horrible and when you call the 24 hour maintenance line count on not receiving a response or if you get one your told that you don't live in the country or better yet even though you leave your number in your message they will still come up with an excuse as to why they didn't respond, your better off just calling the police. Onsite management/ Edward Rose and Sons (the owners) just want your money and can care less of the problems you encouter. Parking is not an option , the spaces available are buildings away from where you live. My a/c has been out on some of the hottest days. My hot water has gone out several times. When it snows the company doesn't care to plow the parking lot even when the residents are at work and it is empty. When you put in your notice to move is when the bookkeeper starts coming up with fees you never heard of or saw. This place is joke. Even though the heat and water is included in the rent it is definitely not worth the frustation and headache you end up with. I will never deal with this company or any of its subsidiaries ever again. If your smart you will keep going.
