Make sure you ask for a floor plan if you're renting a first floor apartment. The two bedroom two bath apartments on the first floor have a different floor plan than the second and third floor. I found this out the hard way, and when I decided not to rent there because I didn't like the floor plan on the first floor, because of it's differences from what was shown to me, I was told I couldn't get my deposit back. Even though they misrepresented the apartment, by showing me a third floor apartment and telling me the first floor was exactly the same. Make sure you know exactly what you're renting, the management is not honest, nor helpful.
