Living in this apartment complex was literally the most miserable year of my life. It was nothing but a hassle. Let me start by saying my car got broken into and my cd player was stolen within the first few months. It is spider infested and everything in our apartment was falling apart or did not work. The ONLY good thing I have to say about this dump is that maintenance is very nice and generally prompt. I had everything from a window leaking to the point of a sopping wet carpet to floods from the screen door to no A/C...we had over 30 work orders in 1 year that we put in to have things fixed. The office staff is completely unprofessional. We were tricked into thinking we would have a nice apartment like the one we were shown and ended up in a dump after signing the lease because we were not allowed to look at ours before signing (now I know why). We also got to pay a $30 "new carpet" fee each month because supposedly our carpet was only 2 years old. It had stains on it everywhere and was completely disgusting. We put a huge rug over it to cover it up. These apartments are terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone!!!! Beware if you think you are getting something nice!!!! Trust me, looke elsewhere, anywhere would be better than here.
