Me and my wife moved in there about 6 months ago and since day one have had problems
the very unfriendly girls in the front office are so very rude to you when you have a problem not to mention the maitnence people are very arrogant! We moved in with high expectations being that this would be our first home .... well we found out very soon that this place was a giant mistake. we live on the 3rd floor and we walk around and get noise warnings im sorry but thats wrong. another thing is our neighbors next to our bedroom blast bass from a surround sound stereo and we get blamed for it we are in our 20s and we arent that noisy the people beloow us and next to us are very ignorant the people next to us cant spaek english and call in a noise violation when someone knocks on our door how pathetic then here comes the whopper! Our apartment has been attempted to be broken into TWICE!!!! and the management says that thats our fault.The guyt in the front office is an ignorant arrogant man and always talks down to you we signed a one year lease and we are enow breaking our lease to leave the carpets are nasty, its hard to get furniture in and out due to the layouts, the windows leak due to poor maitnance of of the weather stripping, the roof leaks in our one bedroom, and its always cold in both bedrooms, the vents are on the ceilings and if i recall high scholl um doesnt heat rise' not to smart on that one.there are no lights in any of the bedrooms,and the bathrooms smell like mildew, the watrer tastes like chlorine and the freezer likes to defrost your food. the steps are cracked my door is all trashed due to the burglers and every night i hear car alarms going off plates smashing and people yelling and im on the 3rd floor the view is great until the neighbors spy into your house with binoculars i will never rent from here or the harbours who are owned by the same company and have family that lives there always bitching about the same things oh yeah the gas lines like to clog leaving gas fumes in the apartment be careful if your a smoker boom

funny, we've had no problems, and oh yeah, arent you the same couple that didn't register your roomate who happens to be a registered sex offender? Good thing Northport does their homework to figure out where these people live. I know they are in the process of evicting you anyway, so good ridence if your leaving.

It's so funny how all of these "anonymous" posts appear here. You seem to know things that most people wouldn't. Maybe if you'd actually do your damn job you wouldn't have to worry about coming on here and defending the craphole you run! If you (NP STAFF) think people don't realize it's the STAFF OF NORTHPORT APARTMENTS who's leaving posts, you all are bigger idiots than I thought in the first place. -"ANONYMOUSLY YOURS!"
