I will never recommend this place or any of its affiliates to anyone! The staff is very friendly until you sign your lease, then they treat you like crap. Within my first week here I looked at the checkoff list from the person before me, which was filled out 1 1/2 years before I moved in, and some of things that person marked off, such as toilet, disposal and dryer not working properly, are all the same problems I'm having now. It was required of me to pay a non-refundable carpet cleaning fee, yet when I moved in my carpets were disgusting. I moved from out of state, and needed a place immediately. What a mistake! When the on-site staff was not responding to my requests, I asked to speak with the corporate staff which are even worse. Every staff member talks down to you and does not treat people as people. I have only been here 1 month, but am breaking my lease.

Maybe you should get rid of your second dog! Sorry your sore about Northport holding you to the rules. 1 pet only, and why don't you clean up after the one you have? I've seen the staff doing it for you.

Very interesting since I have been here for 4 years and have never had any incidents like the ones described or by the respone to the rating. I will probably sign a fifth lease. Every time I have needed assistance I have gotten it in a friendly and timely manner. I have had problems with the washer, dryer, toilet, closet doors and a leak from the apartment above me over the past years and every time it was fixed promptly. Every time I have had to call the office or go there in person I have never had anyone at any time talk down to me. I regret you had this experience and having to have that happen coming from another state.
