well where to start hmm well ive lived there for 8 months and got my car broken into and all of my work stuff stolen. i called the cops and they said that northport was resoponsible since it was on their property and it was a registered vehicle well they told me to go bag my ass my floor creaks and it bows the carpeting is so nasty it smell like mildew by the door after it rains and my toilet likes to constantly run. my garbage disposal doesnt run and when i run my dishwasher my sink fills up and smells like roten garbage also the guy that works in the office lives across the lake has a two apt balcony and he stands in his window watching people have sex and watching women undress all the people that write the reviews on here are actual residents and the people that write the comments under are people in the office the women in the office are total ------- and are so dumb they cant even comprehend a simple task let alone the maintence people they jerry rig ---- and it breaks again within a day im sorry but payin 835 a month for ---- i could get in detroit for a 1/3 of the price is a little ----in outrageous this place is the wrost place to live in oh and the couple that had the supposed registered sex offender that movedout he was registered and he wasnt a sex offender you arrogent pricks and i love to hear my neighbors yell and ----! not! btw if you have a teenage woman living here chances are she will be raped by a guy that drives around in a red neon with a giant d like i was oh and if you try to get a new place no matter how well you behave here they badmouth you to new places

You must be the same person that wrote the review on 4-2-08. Don't make excuses for a sex offender, there on the list for a reason, a good one at that. Sounds like you trashed your place and are angry about it. Chances are you were probably not the best tenant or person. The place was probably a pig sty when you lived in it and probably left it a pig sty when you left. The police were probably at your house a lot and your neighbors did not like you at all. So go back and crawl underneath that rock you came from and shut your mouth!!!!!!

The responses are written by the staff. This place is going downhill, renting to drug dealers and thugs. However, half the staff use the dealers, so there appears to be no problem. Stay away from Northport, I was never been robbed or anything, but you can find nicer neighborhoods nearby. Stay away from Edward Rose, no matter the location.

This tenant is actually correct about a staff member that drives a red neon as well. We made a complaint about his actions to the office and were then the focus of harassment.
