BUT...... if you have a job, have children, or just like to sleep this IS NOT the place for you. We lived here for a couple years and had nothing but issues with our neighbors. The people that live here do nothing but party, and this happens during the week at all hours of the night. The people who work here do nothing about noise compalints. All they say is "we will talk to them", which does nothing. The cops are around a lot for not just noise complaints but while we lived there cars were broken into and stolen. The snow never really gets plowed or shoveled till a couple days later and there is never a place to park if you come home past 9pm, because of all the parties. The floors are paper thin so you can hear everything above you (like I said many times people here like to party so be ready to hear screaming and dancing at all hours of the night, we heard all of it). If something breaks its kinda hard to get it fixed even if its on their list of things they consider emergencies. Also, a draw back of this place is your bedroom is right next to the stair and faces the parking lot so get ready for people running up and down the stairs and lots of noise in the parking lot. The apartments are nice and the fact that you do have a washer and dryer and heat is paid for was very nice too BUT like I said if you work, have children, like to sleep, or just like piece and quiet this is not the place for you. If you like to party and stay up till 5am during the week then you better start packing and move into this place because no matter how much you piss of your neighbors you will never get kicked out.

Call when the "parties" are happening. Dont complain the next day or "after the fact". nothing can be done at that point
