I moved in about 2 months ago and I love it. Sure it isn't perfect but it's only 605.00 a month. The carpet isn't new and there are a few minor things but overall, it's pretty nice. I looked at several apartments and this is by FAR the best one. My only complaint would be the M-59 traffic. The good thing is you can make a right turn and do the turn around. My neighbors are very quiet and keep to themselves. I'm sitting here in my living room as I write this and you could hear a pin drop. I'm looking out my window and I see several ducks swimming in the lake. It's beautiful. The apartment is a great size and I have lots of room. It has a really nice sized walk in closet. There is a storage area in the laundry room and a coat/linen closet. The bathroom and kitchen have nice floors. There is a long shelf above the washer and dryer. There are plugs everywhere. There is plenty of kitchen space. The balcony has enough space for a table and two chairs. I did have to call maintenance a few times and they were out quickly. Each apartment has it's own maintenance guy. He was so nice too. The office staff even called me to make sure everything was fixed. They have always been great. Overall the apartment is pretty decent. I'm not sure where all the bad reviews are from. I mean, it's not perfect but it sure is perfect enough for me. I 100% recommend this apartment. I'm not sure what people expect from an apartment. I moved from a house to here. I'm looking forward to not having a gas bill this winter. The apartment I rented is not the same apartment I looked at. It is however exactly the same. And also, there is 2 phases. I'm in the newer model. I haven't seen many kids. I haven't heard any loud music. I am really glad I moved here. It works for me. It's home. :)

You should live somewhere a whole year before you give it a review. You haven't seen many kids cause they've been in school since you moved in. I was originally sucked in by the view of the pond but wait til the geese come back from migrating south and start honking at 5am and wake you every morning you have a chance to sleep in. In spring when the pond starts to thaw it has a rotten garbage smell so bad that you can't open your windows. You got lucky with a full size washer and dryer, but most have a stackable version that you can fit a total of 3-4 towels in. Why would you post this anonymously if you thought the apartment was great?

I agree with the post above. Rate it after you've been here a year...until the things the maintenance man jerry-rigged start falling apart again and you have spiders and silver-fish sleeping with you in bed. Just wait.
