Pretty Good I have been at Northport for on e and a half years and haven't had any problems. Maybe I just have quiet neighbors, but rarely hear any noise form them. The pricing and maintence is good. The only thing I wish that Northport had is carports.

Great Place to call HOME! This is the best place to live in Macomb! It has so many great features. View of a pond, Washer and Dryer, Cheap! It is close to shopping and dining. It has a great management staff that is there when you need them. The maintenance is fast and reliable.
