Bad' It was a hole in '90.

Years at this apartment: 1988 - 1990
 
It was smelly and the laundry room scared the crap out of me everytime I went down there. I'll tell you this - ROACHES.
Freeway noise.
When I lived there a guy in another building ran over his girlfriend with his car and barricaded himself inside with a gun.
