Cheap but nothing special

This is the cheapest one bedroom around for the size. There is a reason it is cheap, they don't put money into anything else. I would recommend as a first place to move out. The 1-bedroom is better than the 2-bedroom because of noisy neighbors at the 2-bedroom. The main problem with the place is the maintenance. We had a hallway light out for 2-weeks (not safe), a washer and dryer that didn't work and hall window that remained broken for a couple of days (again, not safe). For the most part the neighbors are nice.
