Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
On the surface this looks like a great place to live (aside from the **$150** application fee), but beware: this company can be pretty slimy. They require *sixty days* written notice before you move out, regardless of whether or not your lease is about to expire anyway. If you have a sudden job change or need to relocate, be prepared to fork over *two months rent* due to this little clause in your lease. I can't think of any landlord I've ever had who required such a ridiculously long notification period - most of them just request that you notify them "as early as possible." Beware the Heights.
