THE WORST APARTMENT I'VE EVER HAD!!! - This has been the worst apartment I have EVER lived in! The hallways are filthy, my neighbors were loud, rude, dirty, and disrespectful. The light at the end of my hallway didn't work for the first 6 months I lived here, and after it was finally repaired, the lights didn't start coming on until 9:45pm! That means that the end of the windowless hallway where my ...Full review of Lexington Village

Fair Exchange & No Robbery - The best part about this complex... heat is included & the rental rate is still on the low side. Grounds are well kept, best looking bldgs in this cluster. Complex is small so it s rather quiet. Not the most well lit, but it feels very safe. Nothing has ever happened to us/vehicles. MH police seem to be responsive, but I've never seen a police car in the complex. I do know ...Full review of Madison Park Apartments

A bit shady, but not too shabby - Overall not a bad place to live. Just beware of a few items that they probably won't mention before you sign the lease: 1. Normal deposit (1 mo. rent) is non-refundable; if you want your deposit back when you move out, you'll have to pay $1000 in addition to the last month's rent 2. Application fee is fairly high (I don't remember the actual number) 3. On move-in ...Full review of The Heights

This apartment is so bad If you like to live with bug, then go there. No one actually care about you when you need help. You have to go to their office many times to ask for a little help. However they never say sorry for what they did wrong to you.

Not good Manager is lazy, will only help you if she's in the mood. Maintainence is good. Absolutely no water pressure.White trash, 4 to 5 foreigners living in a one bedroom all over the building. Cars & license plates being stolen. Some personal attacks outside even during the day.

Luxury Apartments? Yeah Right! Maintenance is a joke. Great place to live if you want to have to complain every week and have nothing fixed. If they promise to have something fixed or replaced before you move in make sure that it is. Otherwise it will never get done. Exterior doors that don't

One of the worst if not the worst! This place now really sucks! The new staff and management are really rude and they treat people without any respect or common sense! Many of our neighbors have recently moved out. Others are talking about it. Watch out after you put down the move-out notice

Pretty quiet, but worst maintenance ever! This apartment complex is pretty quiet. But when you need maintenance, it's a huge pain! We strongly believe that they need a much much better maintenance team, who are willing to do their job, and have a basic level of common
