Unfortunately I do not have alot of nice things to say about this apartment complex. Repairs were untimely, and usually half done. If tended to at all. Upon speaking with other residents I found that several were as unhappy with their stay here as I was, for several other reasons other than just repairs. There were alot of vacancies to the last of my knowledge. With no surprise to me. I'm not sure where the fault lies here wether it be the managment or just the maintenance crew, but should be looked into. Just as a personal thought. I would definately check my options before renting here.

Things have changed a lot since 2005. Our maintenance tech is one of the best and I believe if you ask any resident here, they would certainly say that McClellan III has improved for the better since 2005.
