I've not only lived at McClellan III for a year but I work there for another tenant that rents not one but two apartments. With access to three apartments we can never find a parking space. The air conditioners are just a drain on the electric bill but do not keep the apartments cool. And Management is out to lunch 24/7. All they care about is getting the rent on time. The Main Office actually called the local utility company and had the electric shut off in my apartment. The bill was paid with a credit of thirty dollars. Food in the refridgerator and freezer spoiled and I had to take my child to stay someplace else until the electric could be turned back on! Management had nothing to say in response to my calls!

I live here at McClellan III and I find this appaling. The resident who wrote this comment runs air conditioner with windows open then wonders why it won't cool. His electric bill was not paid for so long, of course management shut it off. Management is hardly ever out to lunch and goes in early and stays late many times. This is obviously a resident who has a grudge.

I agree, resident must have a grudge because my air conditioner works very well, and is not hard on my electric bill. Obviously if these people open their windows when the AC is running it won't cool, and will run up an electric bill.....Grow up dude...
