Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Mananger was nice enough. Apartments are tiny, a bit outdated. When we looked at the apartments it was easy to hear the neighbors. Loud music, people working on their cars. Got the sense that it wasnt the best envoronment. Just my opinion.
