Simply put the land lord is a bi-otch. Don't expect her to help you with anything or have any heart what so ever. Also, don't get a unit by the pool as that is VERY NOISY. The units are all older, but pretty spacious. They don't get a lot of sunlight though so are pretty dark (at least downstairs). Basements are good sized and not a lot of spiders.
